Our Semolina is well processed. And we stock both coarse and fine textures. Produced from purified wheat middling of durum wheat , our unique quality could be used in making sticky starch balls, pasta, breakfast cereals puddings or adapted to any ethnic cuisine.

In Germany, Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania, it is known as Grie▀ (a word related to "grits") and is mixed with egg to make grie▀kn÷del which can be added to soup. It may also be cooked with water or milk and sweetened with squares of chocolate to make the breakfast dish "Grie▀koch."

And orders could be placed in 5,10,15kg bags as we are able to deliver according to customer's specifications.
